Access to mitch.pro is by invitation only. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your token or credentials with others is not allowed.

Access may be revoked at any time for any reason, including but not limited to misuse, abuse, or inactivity. No prior notice is required.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the site
• Interfere with other users or the site's normal operation
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts against the site without permission
• Submit false or misleading information during enrollment
• Use the site in a way that violates applicable law

By using this site you acknowledge and consent to the following data practices:

• Device ID: A unique identifier is stored in your browser cookie and used to recognize you across visits.
• Page visit logging: Every page you visit is logged server-side, including your device ID and IP address. IP addresses are used only for abuse detection and are not shared with third parties.
• MitchSync: Your browser's localStorage — including game saves, settings, and progress — is uploaded to the server automatically every 5 minutes.

Data is not sold or shared with third parties. It is used solely to operate and improve the site.

This site is provided as-is. No guarantees are made about uptime, data retention, or continued availability. Saved data may be lost at any time, though MitchSync is designed to minimize this risk.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
